2023-02-23T01:30:04ZYasar is the best building manager one could ever find. He is very welcoming and helpful with any issues, going above and beyond to ensure tenants are satisfied. For example, when I couldn't figure out how to take down a light fixture to change the bulb he offered to do it for me, and when we needed minor repair done he had it done the following day. The structure itself provides an array of features a tenant could want; it's quiet with two large bedrooms and spacious balconies with stunning views of either the mountains or city skyline. Additionally, rent includes utilities as well as access to a pool, saunas, courtyard with picnic tables and visitor parking all at an unbeatable price!
