I have had the misfortune of dealing with quite possibly the worst property management company ever My pregnant wife and twoyearold were left without power because Amy the manager refused to look for the keys to the electrical room Furthermore garbage bins are left outside our building every week The appliances supplied are cheaply made and have caused us major problems weve had to repair ours three times already others in our building have faced similar issues There was such a disorganization that they couldnt keep track of who still required help with their appliances We once came home to find a maintenance man in our house unannounced hed even gone as far as throwing clothes on the floor Parking spaces are severely lacking and there is no proper security installed many incidents of breakins have been reported due to this negligence We tried working with them but it was clear that they werent interested in helping us out at all so my advice Don't move here too many problems plague this new building staffed by inexperienced personnel from top to bottom more ... hide ...

Living at this location was an awful experience The tires were slashed yet management didnt even apologize Although we moved out on schedule without issue our car was towed three hours after The fridge never functioned properly despite multiple complaints and the dishwasher was broken with no acknowledgement from them Its too bad for the maintenance crew as 2022-10-27T07:02:20Z

For two years my partner and I lived in the building with our mediumsized dog Although the apartment itself was in need of some attention bad paint job broken blinds carpet coming up mismatched baseboards and a broken thermostat the location and staff were both great Naveen was our building manager for most of my time there and he was wonderfulhelpful and kind When I complained about another tenant who made me feel uncomfortable Naveen never made me feel like I had overreacted He took action to stop this persons behavior before any evidence had been seen There is a new manager now whom my partner says is also very accommodating We were able to leave our lease one month early without any penalties or having to find someone else to take over which was a reliefMy two issues are the state of the apartment as mentioned above as well as lack of security cameras in the parking lotwe had three car charging cables stolen during wintertime there And someone scratched up my cars back door but because there were no security cameras we could not prove who did it after moving spots suddenly there were no more dings on ithuh Allinall we enjoyed living here while at university due its proximity to downtown yet being away from it plus it is close walking distance to train station too Even though our needs outgrew this place eventually I would still recommend it for students looking more ... hide ...
