For two years, my partner and I lived in the building with our medium-sized dog. Although the apartment itself was in need of some attention (bad paint job, broken blinds, carpet coming up, mismatched baseboards, and a broken thermostat), the location and staff were both great. Naveen was our building manager for most of my time there and he was wonderful—helpful and kind. When I complained about another tenant who made me feel uncomfortable, Naveen never made me feel like I had overreacted. He took action to stop this person's behavior before any evidence had been seen. There is a new manager now whom my partner says is also very accommodating. We were able to leave our lease one month early without any penalties or having to find someone else to take over which was a relief. My two issues are the state of the apartment as mentioned above as well as lack of security cameras in the parking lot—we had three car charging cables stolen during wintertime there! And someone scratched up my car's back door but because there were no security cameras we could not prove who did it; after moving spots suddenly there were no more dings on it—huh!
