Living at this location was an awful experience. The tires were slashed, yet management didn't even apologize. Although we moved out on schedule without issue, our car was towed three hours after. The fridge never functioned properly despite multiple complaints and the dishwasher was broken with no acknowledgement from them. It's too bad for the maintenance crew as they can't keep up with everything needed. Property managers are deceitful and will say anything to get you to sign a lease - it's not suggested that anyone lives here due to the horrifying year lease I endured.

Tenants are usually satisfied with management's efforts; the building itself is aged, though, with worn carpets and doors. Stove and fridge are newer, however. Radiator heating, fireplaces, coin laundry, and storage sheds in the balcony area provide convenience. Fresh paint job stands out on the 3-floor structure; there are also powered outdoor parking spaces. The lack of powered vents in bathrooms or kitchen is a downside though. On a whole, this rental is average.
