We returned for a second visit in midNovember accompanied by a party of five including a toddler The checkin was swift and efficient with safety protocols adhered to and our host welcoming us upon arrival The onebedroom apartments were clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay from fully fitted kitchenettes to comfortable lounging areas We had plenty of space for an afternoon tea gathering The area outside the apartment proved ideal for exploring shops within walking distance as well as bars and restaurants nearby We even received extra touches such as towels toiletries and a travel cot for the little one at our request Our only minor complaint from this stay compared to our last one in November 2019 was that there were no handheld vacuums present they would have been handy when travelling with a toddler All things considered we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning soon more ... hide ...

This place is nothing but a mad house Everywhere you look there is dog poo sketchy druggies and ghetto people that don't even understand how to fix a toilet The kids outside are having fun playing in the pee and poo screaming in your windows and hitting them The far building has the most action regarding ghetto children while the other two have their own iss 2022-09-23T10:32:16Z

I made a huge mistake by renting from this company When I approached Jon with my bad rental experience from another firm he promised me they were reliable and on top of things Its only been two months since I moved in but that is far from the truth Ive had to submit over ten noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor because of the constant stomping dragging furniture and jumping up and down for hours at a time I have gone through many sleepless nights because of it only to be lied to by building manager China She said her phone wasnt working one day then acted like she forgot when I reminded her that she had told me so earlier Additionally this building is poorly constructed according to the customer service representative who says they always get complaints about it Paying 1500 dollars for a onebedroom apartment isn't worth it if these issues exist They havent responded to any of my texts now Im done with them entirely Avoid this company and stay away from McIntyre apartments once you sign the lease they will ignore you completely more ... hide ...

I have been a tenant for nearly two years in the building and have found the manager always to be very helpful The rent is quite reasonable considering it is on Whyte Avenue and utilities as well as parking are included In winter it is relatively quiet but during summer there can be more noise yet still manageable The location of the apartment is great too 2022-11-10T07:02:18Z
