2023-03-06T00:30:03ZI made a huge mistake by renting from this company. When I approached Jon with my bad rental experience from another firm, he promised me they were reliable and on top of things. It's only been two months since I moved in, but that is far from the truth! I've had to submit over ten noise complaints about my upstairs neighbor because of the constant stomping, dragging furniture and jumping up and down for hours at a time. I have gone through many sleepless nights because of it, only to be lied to by building manager China. She said her phone wasn't working one day then acted like she forgot when I reminded her that she had told me so earlier. Additionally, this building is poorly constructed according to the customer service representative; who says they always get complaints about it! Paying 1500 dollars for a one-bedroom apartment isn't worth it if these issues exist! They haven't responded to any of my texts; now, I'm done with them entirely. Avoid this company and stay away from McIntyre apartments; once you sign the lease they will ignore you completely

2023-02-12T02:00:04ZI'd rate this place 0 stars if I could. It's terrible in terms of both management and ownership. Once you give your security deposit and sign the lease, it takes forever to get a response. We had to sign our lease out in the cold wind because of their disorganization. When we moved into the unit, it wasn't even cleaned properly - we found the toilet clogged on day one, plus water was leaking through to the kitchen downstairs. The other review is spot-on about security issues as well - they were changing every lock in the building just a day after we moved in; clearly not something that would happen if "homeless people were looking for warmth". Don't live here - now we're trying to get our money back!

I had been alerted by former tenants of a severe ant infestation yet I was told during my walkthrough that there were no insects When I inquired specifically about ants they admitted that there were some and promised to take care of them though it took seven months and multiple reminders until the exterminator arrived They accused me of not cleaning properly

Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure The units had fullsize appliances lofty ceilings and were a comfortable size I rarely had to contact the building management since I didnt have problems but when I did they responded quickly If youre looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great
