Mainstreet Equity has kept running this place without any new management. Replacing the person who "runs the building" isn't enough, they need to be replaced by a company that doesn't pay employees to overlook issues. If you're considering renting here, think twice! The buildings are in extremely poor condition with cockroaches and mice everywhere—the maintenance team does not do their job properly and landscaping is done inadequately (with rocks covering up broken glass). For a 3 bdrm apartment at $1900, it's also not safe for kids as there's glass scattered around the playground area. Homeless people frequently break in and sleep in hallways or laundry rooms. Avoid this place at all cost; run away FAST and don't look back!

This place is nothing but a mad house. Everywhere you look there is dog poo, sketchy druggies, and ghetto people that don't even understand how to fix a toilet. The kids outside are having fun playing in the pee and poo, screaming in your windows, and hitting them. The far building has the most action regarding ghetto children while the other two have their own issues with alcohol, squatters, and drugs. You will hear every footstep because the buildings are made out of plywood; even moreso when someone "gets action". As if it couldn't get worse - cockroaches, mice, ants and other creepy crawlers make their way into this hellhole! And if you think it's like IKEA - think again; the kitchen and bathroom counters are warped due to improper installation. Mainstreet goons are idiots according to Yelp reviews - so no this location is not worth it!
