Marjory showed my Dad and me around the Rocky Ridge retirement community Everywhere we went was light and pleasant We stepped out onto a balcony sitting area that overlooked the courtyard which I could imagine being a great spot in summertime theres even a barbecue The bistrolounge is cozy perfect for days like Saint Patricks Day My mom would be thrilled to have access to the salon without leaving the complex The main dining room is stunning with high ceilings and plenty of windows plus theres also a private dining room available for family dinner reservations Each floor has lots of rooms and sitting areas where you can do whatever you please read do puzzles or crafts or just sit by the fireplace Lastly Marjory showed us two suite types one bedroom suites as well as one bedroom suites with dens all of which were arranged nicely Thank you Marjory for such an informative tour Ed more ... hide ...

We have had multiple issues with this rental company including losing paperwork and taking 6 months to repair damage caused by the previous tenant We came home to a mud pit in the backyard plumbing that backed up with dirty water and no help from them Even during COVID19 they were unsympathetic to any delay in rent payments and would threaten eviction withou 2022-10-21T13:02:19Z
We have had multiple issues with this rental company including losing paperwork and taking 6 months to repair damage caused by the previous tenant We came home to a mud pit in the backyard plumbing that backed up with dirty water and no help from them Even during COVID19 they were unsympathetic to any delay in rent payments and would threaten eviction without a new home Additionally bathtubs were not caulked or sealed correctly which led to mold problems that were ignored The baseboards were torn up and gouges were in the floor walls cupboards yet nothing was ever done about it Shockingly this is all for a townhome that is only 5 years old When we moved in there was no effort made to shovel the walkway so when my wife I tried bringing our bed inside we slipped on 4 inches of ice which resulted in me tearing my shoulder now months later I can still hardly move it due to their negligence Do NOT use this rental company more ... hide ...
