This area is a great place to live due to its proximity to the mall plaza library and public transportation Although rents are among the highest in the apartment buildings of this area they are still lower than those of condos The common areas are generally kept clean and maintenance staff is generally speedy and competent However when I moved in the windows and balcony were not clean nor was my bedroom door able to lock when I pointed this out I was told that it could not be fixed Furthermore the oven range display wasnt working which they declined to replace or fix to my surprise A few other small issues were brought up on movein day but these were addressed once noticed Most units don't even have a dishwasher either more ... hide ...

The management has declined maintenance is nearly nonexistent and the current superintendent does not respond to phone calls and is quite impolite Nobody can understand how he was hired in the first place as he was never formally introduced to the building like his predecessor Maintenance requests are often overlooked The last two years have been the worst since living in this accommodation The laundry machines are ancient and sometimes you need to expend extra money for drying clothes that remain wet even after being in a dryer for fifty minutes Police cars tend to be stationed downstairs due to inhabitants preferring contacting law enforcement rather than the superintendent who does not answer his phone anyway utterly futile effort more ... hide ...
