This area is a great place to live due to its proximity to the mall, plaza, library and public transportation. Although rents are among the highest in the apartment buildings of this area, they are still lower than those of condos. The common areas are generally kept clean and maintenance staff is generally speedy and competent. However, when I moved in, the windows and balcony were not clean nor was my bedroom door able to lock; when I pointed this out I was told that it could not be fixed. Furthermore, the oven range display wasn't working which they declined to replace or fix (to my surprise). A few other small issues were brought up on move-in day but these were addressed once noticed. Most units don't even have a dishwasher either.
