The units are small but nice Having a gym in the building is great yet the cleanliness depends on its users Gross The units come with a washerdryer combo which is an excellent idea yet unfortunately it rarely gets items dry As most of the apartments are tiny and lack balconies air drying clothes is not a viable option Go to laundromat instead its not worth 2022-09-06T01:02:17Z
The units are small but nice Having a gym in the building is great yet the cleanliness depends on its users Gross The units come with a washerdryer combo which is an excellent idea yet unfortunately it rarely gets items dry As most of the apartments are tiny and lack balconies air drying clothes is not a viable option Go to laundromat instead its not worth sacrificing 5 hours and your hydro bill for damp clothes The Concierge service staff members are usually unfriendly and spend their shifts on YouTube phones or gossiping about tenants sometimes even nodding off But if you have no expectations for them to do tasks like accepting packages etc youll be fine I was not informed upon moving in and doubt anyone else will be either so I feel obligated to raise one issue Pest Problems My suite became totally infested with Pharaoh Ants Everywhere there were bait stations as apparently the entire building had been affected by the infestation some worse than others All they did was put out bait stations theres nothing else they can do Nonetheless no bed bugs or cockroaches were spotted Oceanside Suites is suitable for community members who work with said community without judging it however one must remember that this building also houses active drug users dealers and alcohol consumers who occasionally throw parties so its best to mind ones business while being kind to more ... hide ...
