I have lived at Crystal Court for almost two years now and have been delighted ever since The locale is topnotch and the edifice though older is spotless and well cared for On the main floor of the building there are laundry facilities with a convenient app to alert you when your laundry cycle has finished plus a page showing which machines are available and in use Additionally there is a small exercise area with cardio equipment dumbbells and a multistation unit The staff from Hollyburn are great theyre always amiable and quick to repair any part of the building that needs it Ive needed repairs done on my appliances multiple times over the last couple years but theyve never taken more than two days to take care of it All things considered I highly recommend Hollyburn specifically at Crystal Court if youre looking for somewhere new to live more ... hide ...

I would advise against living here at all costs My car was broken into three times and even though I reported it to management all they did was up security which I never saw Additionally theres a hole in the chain link fence that people use to get into the resident parking lot The damage done to my car was in the thousands not counting what was stolen To add 2022-09-17T08:02:17Z
I would advise against living here at all costs My car was broken into three times and even though I reported it to management all they did was up security which I never saw Additionally theres a hole in the chain link fence that people use to get into the resident parking lot The damage done to my car was in the thousands not counting what was stolen To add on the management is horrible there were multiple occasions when we went downstairs to see them but they werent there as they never answered their phones Issues took weeks to resolve and air conditioning wasnt working most of the time we were living there our sink broke for over a week and no aid came as it was considered a lowtomedium issue Even when we decided to move out management made it almost impossible due to their strict regulations regarding using the elevator only during an 84 window on weekdays when both my roommate and I worked during those hours Its been 7 months since moving out yet Im still calling about mail sent there Ive called 14 times already over two days during office hours but still no answer The rooftop patio looked terrible with broken BBQs TVs not working either plus an old gym with barelyfunctioning cable machines missing weights and no AC If possible Id give negative stars for this property with its awful amenities and dreadful management team more ... hide ...

Im attempting to be as polite as possiblethe rent for a newly renovated or not is outrageous Sure you get lake views maybe and its close by but the amount of construction that occurs every month is maddening I couldnt even enjoy my balcony during peak summer months and didnt have access to storage for half a year If you live above a new suite don't expect to 2022-10-06T16:32:17Z
