In November 2021 we rented in a nice area yet had an awful encounter living at 2501 For example our first Amazon order was delivered but taken within the building the staff did nothing and recommended that we take it up with Amazon The pipes were frequently blocked they tried to paint over dirt and cracks and someone from the administration came into our apartment without permission while I was taking a shower Additionally I have two pets so when they imposed a date on us with only 18 hours of notice I emailed them plus went in person to explain that it wouldnt work If this happens again I will bring evidence to the police because there is a camera in my apartment Last but not least if you want to work remotely this isn't a good location since there is no electricity almost every week and there are always construction projects going on here more ... hide ...

I lived in a secure and tidy building that had competent and responsive management It is situated in an ideal spot with a convenience store and bagel shop nearby My neighbours were calm and respectful the whole time I was there Unfortunately Im moving to another province so I had to leave after a year but it was an enjoyable experience overall

Ive been residing in my Broadstreet apartment building in Winnipeg for over two years and the management has been wonderful The grounds and common areas are well kept Any issues I had were resolved quickly Though it is wood construction sound from neighbors can be heard but management was honest about this when I moved in Fortunately it is still quiet despit 2022-10-06T06:32:17Z
