Living at the 670 building for a year and a half I have faced an absolute nightmare with parking Despite paying 25 per month for parking there is no assigned spot Working twelve hour shifts does not help either as I end up having to walk a long distance when its dark and even carrying groceries in winter time It is extremely careless of Drewlo to not even assign spots starting from the first building like 660 or 670 This has been going on since construction was completed and it has become unbearable now so much so that I would be willing to pay double the monthly fee just to get an assigned spot Coming from Toronto where property management was topnotch this experience here doesnt compare at all Even in the laundry room tenants think they can hog machines one after another which really needs some policies and procedures put up by Drewlo as people are ignorant of how to share communal facilities properly more ... hide ...

At Les Etoiles the management threw out some of my belongings when I was moving in due to a miscommunication with their staff and did not install locks on my door Additionally when my oven element broke I waited four weeks for it to be replaced they refused to let me purchase one myself Furthermore when I asked that the window handles be fixed in April they 2022-11-07T08:02:18Z
At Les Etoiles the management threw out some of my belongings when I was moving in due to a miscommunication with their staff and did not install locks on my door Additionally when my oven element broke I waited four weeks for it to be replaced they refused to let me purchase one myself Furthermore when I asked that the window handles be fixed in April they promised it would be done by the end of the month but have continually postponed and still havent done it The sole proposed solution was for me to use the central AC instead In conclusion no one at Les Etoiles follows up or cares about what you paid for you must continuously ask them before their deadlines pass and they ignore you more ... hide ...

If youre considering residing at 1444 Rue Mackay DONT The management is awful and package theft goes unresolved the garbage chute has been shut off for four months To make matters worse the water was cut twice with no prior warning I missed a class and an exam since my shower was interrupted Needless to say living here would be incredibly frustrating Additionally theres no concierge which makes it dangerous in the evening as homeless people gather around 1436 Rue Mackay and 1444 Rue Mackay The laundry room is filthy only two of its five machines function correctly but they often charge for washes without actually operating properly something that many people have experienced including myself on more than one occasion When we reported this to the building management they denied responsibility and negligence on their part Moreover Ms Eva Baktis is exceptionally rude rarely present but always dealing with complaints when she does show up to her office door which says it all really Should I go on There wouldnt be enough space here for me to list all of its issues anyways more ... hide ...
