Living at the 670 building for a year and a half, I have faced an absolute nightmare with parking. Despite paying $25 per month for parking, there is no assigned spot. Working twelve hour shifts does not help either, as I end up having to walk a long distance when it's dark and even carrying groceries in winter time. It is extremely careless of Drewlo to not even assign spots starting from the first building like 660 or 670. This has been going on since construction was completed and it has become unbearable now; so much so that I would be willing to pay double the monthly fee just to get an assigned spot! Coming from Toronto where property management was top-notch, this experience here doesn't compare at all. Even in the laundry room tenants think they can hog machines one after another which really needs some policies and procedures put up by Drewlo as people are ignorant of how to share communal facilities properly!
