Would not recommend this place for multiple reasons Firstly the ongoing construction has been taking way longer than it should have and every time I leave my apartment I am walking through mud and ruining my shoes Secondly there is bridge and train track construction causing loud noises and bright lights that shine into your apartment at night Additionally the appliances are outdated with constant breakdowns that take weeks to repair Furthermore there is only one laundry room for the whole building with two washers and two dryers that are often inoperable On top of all of this rent is highly overpriced my apartment smells like smoke from previous tenants leaving walls yellowish and carpets with burn holes in them Lastly my car has been broken into several times in this parking lot as well as having noisy neighbours who are always fighting in the hallways Allinall avoid if you can more ... hide ...

Living in this place is a great experience its spacious tranquil and neat I can walk to Safeway Shoppers and other places easily Additionally each floor has its own laundry room which makes my life easier since I don't have to carry my clothes elsewhere When Im done with work in the evening the large balconies provide a great spot to relax when its nice out 2022-10-17T04:02:18Z
Living in this place is a great experience its spacious tranquil and neat I can walk to Safeway Shoppers and other places easily Additionally each floor has its own laundry room which makes my life easier since I don't have to carry my clothes elsewhere When Im done with work in the evening the large balconies provide a great spot to relax when its nice out Moreover there is an outdoor pool open from 10am until dusk and the manager is very kind and ensures that the building remains neat allyearroundthe best one I have had the pleasure of dealing with The only thing sad about leaving was having to leave this place but if I ever get a chance to move back to Winnipeg again this will be first on my list more ... hide ...

After living here for a full year I cannot recommend the second floor in building 12 It is level with the parking lot and makes it easy for people to creep into the windows The elevator inside is centrally located but you have to go down steps to access it making it useless for someone in a wheelchair Doing laundry was an unpleasant experience only loonies 2022-09-22T21:32:17Z

On Tuesday night two days ago I visited your building to learn more about the units and spoke with residents They generously allowed me an hour in their living rooms to ask questions regarding the sound insulationproofing of their floors Both residents answered that there were no sound barrier precautions installed this was concerning as I could hear numerous conversations TVs and other noises from neighboring units and above The affected resident complained to the managers but nothing was done and noise persisted They also had friends stay over as witnesses to confirm this issue Instances of managers not addressing noise problems are common occurrences according to these residents They stated it is the duty of the board and resident managers through management office to ensure they have a quiet sense of pleasure in their suite but unfortunately nothing has been done thus far As a result of my findings I will not pursue your 2 bedroom apartment anymore James more ... hide ...
