On Tuesday night, two days ago, I visited your building to learn more about the units and spoke with residents. They generously allowed me an hour in their living rooms to ask questions regarding the sound insulation/proofing of their floors. Both residents answered that there were no sound barrier precautions installed; this was concerning as I could hear numerous conversations, TVs and other noises from neighboring units and above. The affected resident complained to the managers but nothing was done and noise persisted. They also had friends stay over as witnesses to confirm this issue. Instances of managers not addressing noise problems are common occurrences according to these residents. They stated it is the duty of the board and resident managers through management office to ensure they have a quiet sense of pleasure in their suite, but unfortunately nothing has been done thus far. As a result of my findings, I will not pursue your 2 bedroom apartment anymore -James
