After living here for a full year, I cannot recommend the second floor in building 12. It is level with the parking lot and makes it easy for people to creep into the windows. The elevator inside is centrally located but you have to go down steps to access it, making it useless for someone in a wheelchair. Doing laundry was an unpleasant experience - only loonies are accepted and there's only one laundry room on the first floor. Additionally, having to go up or down one floor just to do some washing was annoying. Despite all this, my time living here was good: they allow cats and Dave, the resident manager is very friendly and personable.
