The slumlords who own this building have been continuously raising the rent annually without making any effort to do repairs. We had mold in our bathroom for a year, and despite numerous reports, they did nothing about it. The same goes for the kitchen cooker, which eventually became hazardous. Even with the toilet flusher, we were forced to fix it ourselves after being worn down by all of our requests for repairs. Due to the lack of care from management and our growing frustration, we were ultimately forced to move out. The personnel at their main office are incredibly rude; even their caretakers are unable to fulfill work orders that are sent up from them. This is deplorable, and I suggest they be investigated by Manitoba Renters Board.

Would not recommend this place for multiple reasons. Firstly, the ongoing construction has been taking way longer than it should have and every time I leave my apartment, I am walking through mud and ruining my shoes. Secondly, there is bridge and train track construction causing loud noises and bright lights that shine into your apartment at night. Additionally, the appliances are outdated with constant breakdowns that take weeks to repair. Furthermore, there is only one laundry room for the whole building with two washers and two dryers that are often inoperable. On top of all of this, rent is highly overpriced; my apartment smells like smoke from previous tenants leaving walls yellowish and carpets with burn holes in them. Lastly, my car has been broken into several times in this parking lot as well as having noisy neighbours who are always fighting in the hallways. All-in-all: avoid if you can!
