I had a great experience during my stay at 939 Western Road It is wellsituated for those attending Western University being close to the bus stop and with a pathway to campus just across the street There are lots of eateries near by that accept flex meal plan from the university The complex may be older but most of its units and common areas have been smartly renovated although there some parts that are not perfect they are still satisfactory given the cost and target market my unit wasnt one of their best The bedrooms may be small but can fit a queensize bed and desk easily enough My flat was generally peaceful apart from noisy plumbing in other sections of the building which I rarely encountered personally Maintenance matters were dealt with promptly too Onsite parking is convenient though it does come at an extra fee monthly Lexi from CLV Group was very supportive throughout my tenancy there so I wouldnt hesitate in recommending 939 Western Road to students at this university and would think about staying at another CLV property again in future if need be more ... hide ...

The management of Hazelwood Apartments is unpleasant Roaches roam the premises parking is difficult and the washing machines are often filthy and broken Water issues are frequent occurrences Drug users and vagrants come out at night moreover garbage receptacles remain in plain sight for all to see

Living in the Lynn Creek Apartments for almost three years I cannot express enough how great the property management is In my twelve years of renting Sean is by far the best landlord Ive had Hes friendly and puts a lot of effort into keeping the building pleasant any issues we had were always addressed immediately Moreover hes an excellent neighbour If it werent for our dog needing a yard we would have stayed longer All of us tenants are very respectful to each other and its easy to form connections with them A big thanks to Afees and Maria for aiding Sean in making Lynn Creek such an enjoyable place We truly will miss you guys more ... hide ...
