The management of Hazelwood Apartments is unpleasant. Roaches roam the premises, parking is difficult, and the washing machines are often filthy and broken. Water issues are frequent occurrences. Drug users and vagrants come out at night; moreover, garbage receptacles remain in plain sight for all to see.
