Upon moving out, M2 overcharged me, something I only realized after I double-checked the math. After being told I'd receive a check in 30 days – which never happened – it was time to stay away. Upon arrival after an 1800-mile drive, we found the apartment filthy and the ice machine, stove and master bathroom door not working. Trash was everywhere on the property and management did nothing about it despite posting newsletters asking people not to pile trash up by dumpsters; monthly valet trash removal cost $30 with no way to opt out. Our dishwasher broke twice; fridge stopped working; office staff would leave paper notices on doors instead of contacting us via phone or email; expect extra costs of $100-300 per month for valet trash removal, real estate fee, CAM fee (which fluctuates); outside hallways lights were always out but never replaced; parking cost $8/month/car plus service fee of $6 added to rent & a mandatory $2 charge for paying rent online. We left apartment in better condition than when we moved in yet still got charged a cleaning fee & didn't get deposit back. Avoid this place!
