This building is a bug infested unsafe trash heap where tenants from thirdworld countries dump their garbage in the wrong areas and complaints are unheeded My kitchen tap broke and it took them a month to repair I had to get cooking water from the bathroom which was rusty and putrid The vents need to be duct taped over because of cigarette smoke and cannabis being smoked in the halls additionally there are bad dog owners leaving poo all over the grounds dogs running loose in halls including into apartments when they open their doors feces and urine inside elevators etc We pay rent for an indoor pool that is never open or maintained properly plus the laundry room is filthy Surrounded by TCHC crime dens we have trespassers vandals breakins as well as gunplay on the grounds The Russian office woman is rude and uncooperative she spends much of her time gossiping with friends instead of working properly plus Russian tenants are often exempted from certain rules such as leash laws etc The assistant super has mental health issues which cause him to scream at tenants including myself Other staff members try but cant keep up sadly Im stuck here due to my disability preventing me from moving elsewhere due to cost reasons more ... hide ...

The water is constantly getting shut off the elevator door safety bumper doesnt work and hits you without stopping and all of the repairs that were supposed to be done to my apartment before I moved in have still not been completed after six months I even had to put switch plates and smoke detectors back up on my own The living room and kitchen were painted poorly but only one carpet was replaced leaving me with a stained and burnt rug The fan in the bathroom doesnt work either so it gets really steamy with nicotine dripping from the unpainted ceiling My balcony is very hazardous I got injured when my foot went through it so I wont risk putting any weight on its railing either Furthermore no effort is made for upkeep of the building yet prices are too high for what were getting here this has been by far my worst unit since moving here in 2015 no updates since it was built 43 years ago even the carpets in common areas look like originals more ... hide ...

I would have chosen 0 stars if I could since the apartment management is appallingly indifferent to their tenants Incompetence and a lack of professionalism are the core issues here with the exception of one daytime doorman all staff are unpleasant and unhelpful They allow anyone into the building without making sure they actually live there which may explain why theyre always in such bad moods The heat wont come on until late winter despite tenants requests last year it was 11 degrees Celsius in my apartment before it finally was turned on while air conditioning will be delayed until its hot enough to fry an egg on the floorRenovations constantly take place but don't be fooled as these only benefit common areas like lobbies and hallways Water supply has been cut off multiple times over recent years with many mornings having no hot water available and they even ask for a deposit for your key despite this being prohibited by Quebec Civil Code If you do catch them entering your unit without permission they will lie about sending an email beforehand Lastly don't expect prompt action when you have an issue promises will be made but never followed through The laundry room is often flooded with many machines out of order at once and those that work arent great either refunds are hard to come by if something goes wrongDo not choose this place as there are better options in the area I can personally vouch for that after more ... hide ...

We had a splendid year here Our experience was entirely positive which is remarkable considering the pandemic stopped us from leaving The building and apartments are immaculate while the tall ceilings make the rooms feel large and welllit Id imagine this place would be ideal for shorter stays too
