This building should be avoided at all costs due to the numerous quality control issues and loud construction noise from condos The largest problem however is the elevators there are only two for the entire building and one of them is either out of service or used for moving This means most of the day there is just one elevator serving everyone in the building causing long wait times during rush hour In addition when central AC is off during fallwinterspring season units become too hot opening windows does not help as they draw warm air from inside and further heat up the unit Other issues include wallsceilings cracking poor water pressure on upper floors frequent disconnections of waterair conditioning with unnecessary regulations in place restricted gym access lack of 247 Concierge frequent fire alarm tests loud traffic noise from 401 heavy traffic on Sheppard making exit and entry difficult as well as frequent theft of lockers and bicycles due to lack of securitythe list goes on more ... hide ...

We lucked out when we were unable to get a spot in the Provincial Parks for the August long weekend and instead found this incredible campground The owners are awesome friendly helpful hardworking and clearly take pride in their campground Facilities were very clean and wellmaintained their comfort station is even better than what you would find at a Provin 2022-11-01T11:32:18Z
We lucked out when we were unable to get a spot in the Provincial Parks for the August long weekend and instead found this incredible campground The owners are awesome friendly helpful hardworking and clearly take pride in their campground Facilities were very clean and wellmaintained their comfort station is even better than what you would find at a Provincial Park or private campground Each bathroom had its own shower toilet and sink plus plenty of space to change and electrical outlets no waiting for showers They have a nice sandy beach with a dogfriendly area as well as an onsite raft in the water They also offer nonmotorized watercraft kayaks pedal boat etc free of charge while motorized boats are available for rental Theres also a play area for kids along with volleyball net basketball hoop tetherball soccer field with nets The campsites have lots of privacy big lots plus no fire bans here since they have their own fire trucks Plus they sell good quality wood at an affordable rate that is delivered directly to your site in dry Rubbermaid containers We cant recommend this place enough they even offer seasonal campsites cottages along with 28 foot trailer rentals so theres something here for everyone more ... hide ...

I had an awful experience with this company while stuck abroad during covid I was laid off so I needed to find a deal or get rid of the property After attempting to contact the building manager for a month I eventually got in touch with someone who notified me that my notice period wasnt quite 60 days Even though they didnt have to do so they tried locking me into contracts that would cost more money and were not possible for me to fulfill The management ignored my situation and the pandemic as well as had their staff enter my apartment without warning or written notice they even refused to advertise my unit and lied about it being rented when people contacted them about subletting it You should think twice before renting from them since they take advantage of people rather than work with them kindly more ... hide ...
