2023-02-25T13:30:03ZI had an awful experience with this company while stuck abroad during covid. I was laid off, so I needed to find a deal or get rid of the property. After attempting to contact the building manager for a month, I eventually got in touch with someone who notified me that my notice period wasn't quite 60 days. Even though they didn't have to do so, they tried locking me into contracts that would cost more money and were not possible for me to fulfill. The management ignored my situation and the pandemic as well as had their staff enter my apartment without warning or written notice; they even refused to advertise my unit and lied about it being rented when people contacted them about subletting it. You should think twice before renting from them since they take advantage of people rather than work with them kindly.
