Garfella Drive located at 41 has experienced a dramatic decline in standards since Ibrans sold it and Cogir Property Management took over There have been two different owners and three different superintendents none of whom are up to par being very rude and unhelpful This building is riddled with mould and infested with bedbugs roaches and mice requiring a professional to treat the entire building To make matters worse the heat has been turned down in cold weather while water is routinely cut off for extended periods of time The parking lot lights are off making it unsafe to walk outside after dark due to illegal activity that occurs around the clock such as strange people parking in paid tenant spots leaving those tenants stranded The front door lock also never works properly anyone can enter without permission or notice which is trespassing an offence Workers often come to fix something suddenly without warning or accompanying them so tenants open their doors unknowingly which is wrong on many levels Despite rent being paid uptodate there appears to be no interest from management in resolving these issues leaving many tenants feeling stressed out perhaps its time for external intervention from the Tenant Board City authorities or Fire Department Hopefully this will lead to better living conditions enabling peaceful enjoyment of our homes again more ... hide ...
