Living in 33 River St for ten months, we found the apartment to be fairly pleasant - clean and peaceful. However, their services were far from satisfactory. We asked them to mend something in our unit and it took an entire week before they got around to it. The worst part was when it came time to move out; Augustine, if I recall correctly, did the inspection and declared that we wouldn't be receiving any of our deposit back as they would need to clean the apartment and repaint the walls. To this I suggested cleaning everything and scheduling an inspection for the following day but then he brought up another problem with the unit. It felt like he was doing all he could so that we wouldn't get anything from our deposit back. If anyone else is planning on leaving Weidner, make sure you contact Ombudsman Saskatchewan first; ask them about what is expected of you when moving out - tenants should not have to pay for any wear-and-tear such as paint on walls!
