I have been living in Mission Flats for over a year now and I still adore it It is situated perfectly with convenient access to bus stops supermarkets drugstores coffee houses and the wonderful Pandosy Village My husband and I have not encountered many of the issues that other inhabitants are complaining about Thus I think we should be lenient towards people 2022-10-13T21:32:17Z
I have been living in Mission Flats for over a year now and I still adore it It is situated perfectly with convenient access to bus stops supermarkets drugstores coffee houses and the wonderful Pandosy Village My husband and I have not encountered many of the issues that other inhabitants are complaining about Thus I think we should be lenient towards people and recognize the efforts of our management to make this place delightful to live in It is noticeable that they are taking action on all matters brought up or dealing with them ongoing Parking spots can be scarce sometimes but there are other alternatives available which has never caused us problems while hosting parties at our place The suites are stunning while balconies provide plenty of space moreover it is also petfriendly The complex looks marvellous as well as being properly kept up by its current managers who we plan on staying with for at least another year or two an opportunity I feel privileged to have Taking all reviews into account my suggestion would be to anyone looking for a place Mission Flats should definitely be considered more ... hide ...

I had a terrible experience with one of the property managers in the parking lot two months ago They had recently taken over managing two buildings instead of just one so the old managers were no longer here which was quite unfortunate since they were a kind couple As I pulled into my space this huge 63ft guy started YELLING at me asking if I had a problem 2022-09-26T13:02:20Z
I had a terrible experience with one of the property managers in the parking lot two months ago They had recently taken over managing two buildings instead of just one so the old managers were no longer here which was quite unfortunate since they were a kind couple As I pulled into my space this huge 63ft guy started YELLING at me asking if I had a problem and started following me up the stairs demanding to know which suite I lived in I refused to tell him where my apartment was as he was a complete stranger to me He then proceeded to call my cosigner with an untrue story about how I supposedly sped in the parking lot and yelled at him all of which never happened I hadnt done anything wrong Speeding in this small parking lot is impossible anyway before today there hadnt been any issues here and living here had been great DO NOT RENT HERE IF THERE IS NO ONE ON SITE TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY because its unacceptable for someone like this guy who is intimidating to come up on someone as small as me who did nothing wrong more ... hide ...

Living at 1920 Enterprise Way and dealing with Mission Group as the management company was a complete nightmare The first property manager Janice Humphrey was especially unprofessional and rude Initially we were told parking came included with each unit only to find out there is an additional 60 fee for each stall We were promised a unit on the second floor 2022-09-05T16:32:16Z
Living at 1920 Enterprise Way and dealing with Mission Group as the management company was a complete nightmare The first property manager Janice Humphrey was especially unprofessional and rude Initially we were told parking came included with each unit only to find out there is an additional 60 fee for each stall We were promised a unit on the second floor yet ended up having to take one on the third which was more expensive Storage units were advertised as being 50 but ended up being 65 upon signing It felt like they were nickelanddiming us its like they have some financial issues going on due to their upcharges and gouging tendencies When we would show up for appointments Janice would always be absent her response once was simply Im busy The second property manager rented multiple units to drug addicts so unsavory people loitered around all day making it unsafe there were even multiple breakins in the underground area that necessitated tenants act as security guards and call police if anything suspicious occurred Homeless people lived near the building which could be seen from any living room window looking out towards the creek where at night you could hear random screams coming from bushes surrounding them maybe this supposed luxury building should consider investing in some security since rental rates are extremely high and charges are added for every single small thing imaginable They charged us for six months straight for an extra parking stall we never had nor used by someone else more ... hide ...

Since its inception in 2012 I have been residing at The Conservatory Throughout my stay there has been a change of leadership and the current staff has proven to be the most caring and attentive The property is kept clean secure and petfriendly It also provides topnotch facilities such as a pool fire pits gym BBQ area and rooftop patio Any requests or maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally Before the pandemic hit us hard many social events were held to bring together neighbours but now other ways like treat bags on our doors have been initiated to build a sense of community amongst residents during this time of crisis Recently street lights with bright bulbs were installed outside for added safety at night while construction in neighbouring lots is gradually coming to an end too We hope that we can continue living in The Conservatory for years to come more ... hide ...

I recently moved in and Im very disappointed by how people are disregarded Rules say no dogs yet there are quite a few living here My neighbor even has a dog living in the same sized apartment as mine and this pup barks nonstop when Im rummaging through my cupboards I was forced to get rid of my pet or pay an extra 100 for the landlord to take care of it Whe 2022-10-31T21:32:17Z
I recently moved in and Im very disappointed by how people are disregarded Rules say no dogs yet there are quite a few living here My neighbor even has a dog living in the same sized apartment as mine and this pup barks nonstop when Im rummaging through my cupboards I was forced to get rid of my pet or pay an extra 100 for the landlord to take care of it When I first arrived at my place the floor was filthy with dirt that hadnt been washed away making me suggest not renting here unless youre willing to deal with noisy neighbors and unreasonable requests from landlords despite what rules say more ... hide ...
