I have been in this accommodation for 4 years and the concierge service is sufficient However the building is aging and there have been 3 occasions of water overflowing from the kitchen sink over the past 6 months Additionally parking was closed for two weeks and one of the elevators was out of commission for a month The laundry room always gets flooded with 2022-10-02T03:32:17Z
I have been in this accommodation for 4 years and the concierge service is sufficient However the building is aging and there have been 3 occasions of water overflowing from the kitchen sink over the past 6 months Additionally parking was closed for two weeks and one of the elevators was out of commission for a month The laundry room always gets flooded with bubbles after several uses Every year they increase rent by around 30 dollars in an effort to improve service however it has only gotten worse with time I will not be recommending anyone to live here when my contract ends next year steer clear of this apartment more ... hide ...

The apartment building I am staying in is swarming with roaches and has been without hot water for 3 days The staff at the office are very incompetent making it an undesirable place to live Even though rent is cheap it does not make up for the lack of feeling of being at home As soon as my lease is up Im moving out

What a disaster I had an appointment to view an apartment at 1145 however there was no one at 4150 St Jean so I went to 4020 instead After waiting another 15 minutes the janitor eventually arrived He apologized for the delay When we reached the apartment that was supposedly 975 allinclusive it turned out that this only included heating The smaller bedroom wa 2022-10-11T23:02:17Z
