2023-02-04T17:00:03ZWhat a disaster! I had an appointment to view an apartment at 11:45, however there was no one at 4150 St Jean, so I went to 4020 instead. After waiting another 15 minutes, the janitor eventually arrived. He apologized for the delay. When we reached the apartment that was supposedly $975 all-inclusive, it turned out that this only included heating! The smaller bedroom was miniscule and the condition of the flat itself was terrible – not to mention the strong odour of pet urine in the corridors and a decrepit and unclean elevator; I couldn't comprehend how they charge such an amount for such a place. A tenant warned me to leave while I waited; perhaps it would be wise to follow their advice.
