The staff maintenance workers custodians and security guards are all very kind and helpful The building is wellinsulated so noise from neighbors isn't an issue The 4 12 corner apartments are huge and have a great location close to restaurants groceries Canada Post gyms and more Depending on the floor youre on the view could be stellar with a view of Mont Roy 2022-09-18T13:02:17Z
The staff maintenance workers custodians and security guards are all very kind and helpful The building is wellinsulated so noise from neighbors isn't an issue The 4 12 corner apartments are huge and have a great location close to restaurants groceries Canada Post gyms and more Depending on the floor youre on the view could be stellar with a view of Mont Royal visible from some apartments Services such as gyms indoor pools BBQ terraces green spaces and business centres are offered now or in the future for tenantsHowever there can be some negatives Walmart shopping carts left in hallways by elevators is not ideal no hot water occurs more than it should staff isn't present on holidays or weekends so any issues with your apartment cant be addressed until MondayFriday air conditioner isn't strong enough to cool entire apartment which makes installing portable AC difficult cheap quality flooring and cabinets lacking pride of workmanship plus air flow issues make it hard to cool apartments even with windows open Poor design choices such as PTACs instead of central AC make sleeping hot an issue even if its 1 outside resulting in need for fansblanketsthermal shades etc more ... hide ...

Since December 2019 Ive had nothing but issues with this building Complaints have been disregarded and employees even recognize how bad it is here This week two of my bikes were stolen directly in front of the building the locks were cut near a camera yet management refused to review footage for the thief After emailing about this incident I received a respo 2022-10-02T04:02:19Z
Since December 2019 Ive had nothing but issues with this building Complaints have been disregarded and employees even recognize how bad it is here This week two of my bikes were stolen directly in front of the building the locks were cut near a camera yet management refused to review footage for the thief After emailing about this incident I received a response stating someone would contact me however one month later and still no contact This lack of action showcases the disregard for tenants wellbeing To add onto this weve been contacted again without warning to allow strangers into our apartment for unlimited viewings until we are due to move out on December 1st its disgusting If you want your health and safety to be respected DO NOT RENT FROM HERE more ... hide ...
