Avoid this place at all costs It was built in the early 1970s and its airconditioning units are still visible but not functional The building management monitors heat during winter and does not regulate temperature during summer resulting in stuffy air quality Additionally cockroaches infest the building I even have proof Syringes have been found in laundry rooms repairs to infrastructure cause delays and forced entries broken expensive laundromatsall of this without any accountability from staff Garbage is thrown around casually and dogs are aggressive one can smell cigarette smoke from the first floor while garbage is stored on balconies Homeless people can be seen sleeping in the lobby for free while motorists drag race outside at 2am with fireworks lighting up the parking lot below Do not sign a lease heremove out or send a message to those running this building more ... hide ...

Ive resided in this structure for almost 15 years Despite its age there have been remodeling projects completed as tenants move out Penny and Jeff the building administrators are the best weve had since I arrived and theyre always willing to help if you need it Contacting them is easy just give them a call or text Additionally the vicinity is excellent with 2022-10-11T19:32:17Z
