Avoid this place at all costs. It was built in the early 1970s and its air-conditioning units are still visible but not functional. The building management monitors heat during winter and does not regulate temperature during summer, resulting in stuffy air quality. Additionally, cockroaches infest the building; I even have proof! Syringes have been found in laundry rooms, repairs to infrastructure cause delays and forced entries, broken expensive laundromats--all of this without any accountability from staff. Garbage is thrown around casually and dogs are aggressive; one can smell cigarette smoke from the first floor while garbage is stored on balconies. Homeless people can be seen sleeping in the lobby for free while motorists drag race outside at 2am with fireworks lighting up the parking lot below. Do not sign a lease here--move out or send a message to those running this building.
