I stayed at this residence for eight months subleasing for the summer In my opinion it was a terrible experience and I do not suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment It may appear desirable however you are paying too much for what you get in my case there was a busted ACHeat cheap furniture obnoxiously loud neighbors who played music late int 2022-10-01T17:32:17Z
I stayed at this residence for eight months subleasing for the summer In my opinion it was a terrible experience and I do not suggest this place to anyone searching for an apartment It may appear desirable however you are paying too much for what you get in my case there was a busted ACHeat cheap furniture obnoxiously loud neighbors who played music late into the night we complained 5 times before I had to go bang on their door myself faulty equipment none of the offerings were available and poor management especially Peter who shouldnt be employed My room had a window that looked directly into another apartment and one of my roomies didnt even have a window The layout was stupid so it felt like money down the drain When attempting to move out they made it hard and I almost had to call lawyers To avoid being put through this hassle please seek out other housing options more ... hide ...

The list of grievances is extensive The staff are irresponsible and try to absolve themselves from responsibility they also discriminate against those with disabilities viewing them as frauds All the doors have sagging hinges which make a loud sound when closing the boiler system smells of Glycol and likely isn't good for health Furthermore the garbage bins 2022-10-28T00:32:17Z

At first everything appeared to be in order I had a great deal on my 3 12 the parking lot and entrance were wellkept in winter and after two calls someone came to fix my leaking sink Sadly I soon discovered there were no fans in the bathroom and a major mold issue I bought a dehumidifier for 200 out of pocket I even notified one of the rental agents about it 2022-10-28T01:32:17Z
At first everything appeared to be in order I had a great deal on my 3 12 the parking lot and entrance were wellkept in winter and after two calls someone came to fix my leaking sink Sadly I soon discovered there were no fans in the bathroom and a major mold issue I bought a dehumidifier for 200 out of pocket I even notified one of the rental agents about it but nothing changed The central vacuum still doesnt work despite my requests for repair its like no one ever answers the phone when you call and messages are never passed to the correct individual Of course I am conscious of all the different contact numbers listed but were being deceived here When signing up for this placedespite having good credit and experience living in apartmentsthey still asked me for an endorser which is ridiculous Oh yeah After not renewing with them I saw their advertisement for where I used to livethey raised rent by 100 A 312 meant solely for one person lacking any amenities or shed costs 700 Its terrible how they don't look at credit scoresmanagement should really make an effort to change that more ... hide ...
