At first, everything appeared to be in order; I had a great deal on my 3 1/2, the parking lot and entrance were well-kept in winter, and after two calls someone came to fix my leaking sink. Sadly, I soon discovered there were no fans in the bathroom and a major mold issue (I bought a dehumidifier for $200 out of pocket). I even notified one of the rental agents about it but nothing changed. The central vacuum still doesn't work despite my requests for repair; it's like no one ever answers the phone when you call and messages are never passed to the correct individual. Of course, I am conscious of all the different contact numbers listed but we're being deceived here. When signing up for this place—despite having good credit and experience living in apartments—they still asked me for an endorser which is ridiculous. Oh yeah! After not renewing with them, I saw their advertisement for where I used to live...they raised rent by $100! A 31/2 meant solely for one person lacking any amenities or shed costs $700! It's terrible how they don't look at credit scores...management should really make an effort to change that.
