I lived in this apartment for about six months before I realized that the quality wasnt worth the high price The onsite building superintendent was very attentive and easy to reach so I didnt have any problems in that regard The management company however was horrendous it was impossible to get a hold of them after they had my money When I first saw the unit it looked brand new with newly installed floors and kitchen however on movein day there were urine stains in the bathroom and food splatter all over the appliances while the floors were damaged by paint We couldnt move into an unclean unit so we had to go back to our old place and lose all that money for movers and trucks We asked for compensation but no one replied throughout those six months all they did was replace a few sections of flooring but damage still remained It turned out contractors had been using our unit as their hangout spot which explained why things were so shoddily done cupboards falling off when opened towel racks coming off walls terrible water pressure from shower etc plus they needed access to us every other week which made it unbearable Despite its great location this experience ended up being really bad overall After seeing my comment about them publicly attempting to cover things up instead of actually responding properly I will contact them again with an update on their response afterwards more ... hide ...

The reviews of this property seem oddly negative but from the conversations Ive had with people living here and our own experience when we moved into the South building during construction its been much better than other luxury buildings in Toronto The property managers are competent and respond to problems quickly noise between units is well controlled everything works as intended there are plenty of community events the location is excellent all adding up to a great rental opportunity The downsides are parking issues having to bring recycling down and sort it yourself and no concierge for accepting packages more ... hide ...
