I lived in this building for two years with two different management companies- Greenwin was okay, but TIMBERCREEK is awful. The problems were solved quickly and the tenants were usually young professionals or retired so it was quiet. If you're renting from them, get a lawyer as they breach leases frequently and bill for water which should be included in rent. Upgrades have been done, however it's not well maintained and the elevator is constantly broken. Neighbors are noisy but complaints are never addressed- I'm unsure why they're still in business since they don't answer emails or phone calls!
The walls of the apartments, made of concrete, are thick enough to muffle sound from neighbors, and they also provide plenty of sunshine. Parking spaces can be found both below and above ground. The building manager is always working hard and is very friendly as well as accessible; any maintenance issues are promptly resolved.
I lived in this apartment for about six months before I realized that the quality wasn't worth the high price. The on-site building superintendent was very attentive and easy to reach, so I didn't have any problems in that regard. The management company, however, was horrendous - it was impossible to get a hold of them after they had my money. When I first saw the unit it looked brand new with newly installed floors and kitchen; however, on move-in day, there were urine stains in the bathroom and food splatter all over the appliances while the floors were damaged by paint. We couldn't move into an unclean unit so we had to go back to our old place and lose all that money for movers and trucks. We asked for compensation but no one replied throughout those six months; all they did was replace a few sections of flooring but damage still remained. It turned out contractors had been using our unit as their hangout spot which explained why things were so shoddily done - cupboards falling off when opened, towel racks coming off walls, terrible water pressure from shower etc., plus they needed access to us every other week which made it unbearable! Despite its great location this experience ended up being really bad overall. After seeing my comment about them publicly attempting to cover things up instead of actually responding properly, I will contact them again with an update on their response afterwardsmore ...hide ...
