At Barrel Yards, you get many amenities such as a pool, sauna, games room, gym and library. Not to mention the barbecue pits! We really love it here - the management is very helpful and quick to fix any issues. The location could not be better; the apartments are walking distance from Uptown Waterloo and Waterloo Park.

The reviews of this property seem oddly negative, but from the conversations I've had with people living here and our own experience when we moved into the South building during construction, it's been much better than other luxury buildings in Toronto. The property managers are competent and respond to problems quickly; noise between units is well controlled; everything works as intended; there are plenty of community events; the location is excellent - all adding up to a great rental opportunity. The downsides are parking issues, having to bring recycling down and sort it yourself and no concierge for accepting packages.
