During the 2 12 years I lived in the community it was a pleasant place to call home My apartment was spotless and roomy and most of the people living there were friendly The maintenance staff were very prompt in addressing my needs The only issue I had was with the office staff Tammy was professional but Rose the manager had a poor attitude and could be quite unkind to the teenage pool attendants who were just starting out in their first parttime jobs Whenever I visited for help at reception everyone seemed to be on their lunch break together making me feel unwelcome Plus due to Covid19 restrictions none of us are being reimbursed for amenities such as fitness centers or pools that we pay for To top it all off they made me pay an exorbitant amount for my security deposit 50 alone for cleaning cupboards I hadnt even used In conclusion if you don't mind dealing with an unfriendly property staff then this is a nice place to live just make sure youre present at your move out inspection or theyll take your last penny more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is shady unreliable and badly managed We are moving out before the end of our lease because of the numerous problems we have encountered in a year From not being able to use the wifi to zero communication from staff its been a hassle Our son was shocked when he came out of his room to find strangers right outside his door they had entered without giving any indication they were there only their loud footsteps had been audible in other apartments too Even though we had received an email about their arrival time it wasnt accurate enough The apartments themselves appear nice but are cheaply built you can hear people talking outside as clear as day and every movement inside can be heard by all After only one month the door hinges started creaking and handle became loose within a few months after that also heatingcooling is poor so even with thermostat adjustments it gets very hot in summertime The pool and gym facilities were okay but not fully maintained for several weeks during summer it was filled with toys sand and grass plus there was even a broken beer bottle left at one point Nothing happened about this for ages which led to fewer people using it moreover theres no security at the pool since gates usually stay open Residents issues are handled slowly or not at all while security overall is weak there was even a stabbing just months ago Ridge 45 isn't worth its price so if youre looking for affordable housing more ... hide ...

Having searched and visited multiple communities I settled on this one and am happy with my decision It has many perks plenty of parking nice common areas special parking for trailersbig trucks great location near the exit to the 69 and close to downtown Fishers without being too crowded The apartments have great layouts some even include fireplaces Despite being 20 years old its still in good condition due to the awesome maintenance team They handle everything from notsourgent problems to emergencies with swiftness and thoughtfulness for example when fixing an electric outlet in my bathroom they even plugged in my flat iron And if I ever had an issue during work hours which is often they were always quiet so as not to disturb me The office ladies are also amazing Kirsten and Amy are sweet attentive and very detail oriented despite me having repetitive requests That said there is a major downside here the people above me who walk like rhinos and slam cabinet doors give iron balls instead of rubber ones for their kids making it hard to counteract the noise since this is a really quiet community Also internet speed isn't great either so upgrading isn't an option due to lack of fiber service Nevertheless Im giving 5 stars because this community deserves it Googles 29 star rating must be from disgruntled former tenants lashing out at administration rather than reflecting reality more ... hide ...

After I moved to Aspect I was delighted with the stunning location interior and property Abby was an incredible help with my move and even aided me in getting paperwork for an emotional support animal due to my husbands deployment Now that the staff has changed everything has taken a turn for the worse trash is everywhere on site and belongings of tenants have been left by the garage entrance twice in one week The front garage door has broken three times in six months but theyve kept everyone informed about waiting for a part our toilets been leaking for six weeks now and maintenances come twice but they wont inform us when well receive or install a new one No one answers calls or returns messages when I call or visit although the welcome sign is up so Im looking forward to when our lease ends so we can go elsewhere not to mention sweeping glass out of an elevator near a dog park that had sat there for hours which isn't safe for kids or pets more ... hide ...

My name is not Vicky as I am currently residing at Heritage Apartments and would prefer not to disclose my identity After living here for approximately one year I have some mixed reviews To start off with the positives no major issues the apartment is average in size and costeffective for a 1 bedroom unit Amenities include a pool gym and a lengthy list of additional features that I havent even tried out yet Plus theres covered parking available plus an extra uncovered spot available too The two times when the doorknobs on our apartment did not function properly were addressed by their 247 maintenance almost immediatelythey even replaced two of them in order to fix itOn the downside people at their Bloom complex had appliances removed from them when they couldnt pay rent during COVID19 lockdown until it hit news headlines hallways are never cleaned you can see this in pictures handrail next to my door has been broken off for months carpets are stained in hallways and rooms we wont get back our deposit because there were countless problems like painted spots over walls grimy bathrooms etc which were way worse than show unitsIts true that Heritage isn't outstanding but you can make do if you lower your expectationsit is safer than The Archplus most people here arent students so theyre generally very respectful and quiet which is great You can get by with 750 for 2 more ... hide ...

Living at this Mac Properties location was a challenge for me since I had a 2 bedroom 1 bath The building itself was old and hadnt been renovated so there were loud radiators throughout the year walls that cracked due to water leakage a noisy toilet with a public handle on it and occasional roaches crawling around the home Additionally windows were hard to open for some reason I got used to the loud noises from radiators and toilet but had to put down roach repellent to make sure I never saw any more of them Maintenance attempted repairs on the walls 3 times before they stopped cracking however there seemed to be an ongoing piping issue on the first floor where walls were breaking down from water leakage and one neighbors ceiling collapsed right in front of their door from too much leaking water which was fixed but not well Maintenance could easily be requested through their site resident portal though there wasnt one permanent landlord or house manager you could report problems too issues just seemed to be covered up rather than solved eg water leaking into wallsceilings The area is great if you don't have access to a car since everything is within walking distance such as parks lakes grocery stores and local movie theaters like Harper Theater although security wasnt great with packages being signed for by people other than myself despite my request otherwise sending packages instead of leaving them in hallways should be suggested by apartment company as solution Parking is available behind more ... hide ...
