This apartment complex is shady, unreliable and badly managed. We are moving out before the end of our lease because of the numerous problems we have encountered in a year. From not being able to use the wifi to zero communication from staff, it's been a hassle. Our son was shocked when he came out of his room to find strangers right outside his door, they had entered without giving any indication they were there - only their loud footsteps had been audible in other apartments too. Even though we had received an email about their arrival time it wasn't accurate enough. The apartments themselves appear nice but are cheaply built; you can hear people talking outside as clear as day and every movement inside can be heard by all. After only one month the door hinges started creaking and handle became loose within a few months after that; also heating/cooling is poor so even with thermostat adjustments it gets very hot in summertime. The pool and gym facilities were okay but not fully maintained; for several weeks during summer it was filled with toys, sand and grass plus there was even a broken beer bottle left at one point!
