After I moved to Aspect, I was delighted with the stunning location, interior, and property. Abby was an incredible help with my move and even aided me in getting paperwork for an emotional support animal due to my husband's deployment. Now that the staff has changed, everything has taken a turn for the worse: trash is everywhere on site and belongings of tenants have been left by the garage entrance twice in one week. The front garage door has broken three times in six months but they've kept everyone informed about waiting for a part; our toilet's been leaking for six weeks now and maintenance's come twice but they won't inform us when we'll receive or install a new one. No one answers calls or returns messages when I call or visit (although the "welcome" sign is up) so I'm looking forward to when our lease ends so we can go elsewhere- not to mention sweeping glass out of an elevator near a dog park that had sat there for hours which isn't safe for kids or pets!
