Not sure if the 5 star reviews are genuine or a result of the 150 Amazon gift card promotional offer associated with Google reviews for Rosebury square We moved in to 145 Marlee Handed apartment two weeks ago and there were many issues that were supposed to be fixed before we moved but they werent When I inquired about fixing them the supervisor was very rude which is surprising as we moved here from an apartment in the USA with topnotch management The marketing team here is great at doing their job however it would be wise to speak with the buildings supervisor prior to moving in because you will have to deal with them for any problems that arise Additionally if noise bothers you this place can be quite loud despite its good room sizes and cleanliness of the building and laundry services Therefore 3 stars due to these factors however if noise isn't a problem and luck is on your side so you don't have run into any issues with supervisors then this place can be good Natie Leifdes 4 year old review contains an accurate description of everything so please read it before making your decision more ... hide ...

I moved to the Rockhill 31 years ago when I was 2 It was a great place to live at the time my neighbor taught me how to ride a bike in the courtyard and it felt safe no need for locking doors because it was like family I had been living with my single mother in a 3 12 all these years and dreamt of one day living in the penthouse on the 15th floor Two years a 2022-10-09T21:02:18Z
I moved to the Rockhill 31 years ago when I was 2 It was a great place to live at the time my neighbor taught me how to ride a bike in the courtyard and it felt safe no need for locking doors because it was like family I had been living with my single mother in a 3 12 all these years and dreamt of one day living in the penthouse on the 15th floor Two years ago I achieved this but unfortunately encountered terrible management and negligence The apartment that was said to be renovated had vents missing plumbing unconnected heating closed off in January paint on windows and floors broken mouldings and most dangerous of all a crack right down the middle of stairs We asked them three times to fix it before someone got hurtand thats exactly what happened my niece fell into the stairs causing deep bruising and cuts on her leg It took them two months just to fix everything that should have never been broken prior Even after two years of emails and calls nobody has bothered answering or caring about us tenants here at Rockhill theyve changed managers so many times it goes nowhere Overall opinion don't come here they don't care about you more ... hide ...

For a bit above two years I resided in these apartments At first it was terrific but then management changed and there were modifications to the application requirements transforming the atmosphere in the building It went from tranquil and safe to having some dubious inhabitants It became really noisy with numerous people being intoxicated all the time The elevators had lots of issues there were only two for the entire structure and one seemed always down The gym was nice parking underground was convenient and laundry rooms were alright however those elevators were terribleSafety became an important concern for me which played a large part in me wanting to move out The parking lot across from the apartment had very poor lighting plus suspicious nonresidents frequently parked there at night additionally fireworks would randomly go off and four people got shot near that area recently this has been an issue for quite some time with no one taking any action about it yet Renting was cost effective while apartments themselves had good layouts lastly maintenance team members deserved praise as they were amazing They truly made my stay enjoyable more ... hide ...
