I moved to the Rockhill 31 years ago, when I was 2. It was a great place to live at the time; my neighbor taught me how to ride a bike in the courtyard and it felt safe, no need for locking doors because it was like family. I had been living with my single mother in a 3 1/2 all these years and dreamt of one day living in the penthouse on the 15th floor. Two years ago, I achieved this but unfortunately encountered terrible management and negligence. The apartment that was said to be renovated had vents missing, plumbing unconnected, heating closed off (in January!), paint on windows and floors, broken mouldings, and most dangerous of all - a crack right down the middle of stairs! We asked them three times to fix it before someone got hurt...and that's exactly what happened; my niece fell into the stairs causing deep bruising and cuts on her leg! It took them two months just to fix everything that should have never been broken prior. Even after two years of emails and calls nobody has bothered answering or caring about us tenants here at Rockhill - they've changed managers so many times it goes nowhere. Overall opinion: don't come here - they don't care about you!
