For a bit above two years, I resided in these apartments. At first it was terrific, but then management changed and there were modifications to the application requirements, transforming the atmosphere in the building. It went from tranquil and safe to having some dubious inhabitants. It became really noisy with numerous people being intoxicated all the time. The elevators had lots of issues, there were only two for the entire structure and one seemed always down. The gym was nice, parking underground was convenient and laundry rooms were alright; however, those elevators were terrible! Safety became an important concern for me which played a large part in me wanting to move out. The parking lot across from the apartment had very poor lighting plus suspicious non-residents frequently parked there at night; additionally fireworks would randomly go off and four people got shot near that area recently – this has been an issue for quite some time with no one taking any action about it yet. Renting was cost effective while apartments themselves had good layouts; lastly maintenance team members deserved praise as they were amazing! They truly made my stay enjoyable!
