Lease terms.

Lease restrictions: Corporate leases and subletting are not allowed.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Three recent pay stubs with matching bank statements, photo ID and three years of recent rental history. Self-employed applicants provide a recent tax return; bank statements alone do not establish income.
Joint applications: Combined pretax income and the average credit score of co-applicants are used for qualification. Each adult resident applies separately.
Renters insurance: Proof of renters insurance is required before move-in.
