We are only able to give positive feedback regarding our living experience here. Property managers Michael and Sydney were amazing landlords and people! They provided assistance, were accommodating, and always responsive to our needs. The suite was spotless and we rarely heard noise from the building or neighbors. Cleaning of the halls occurred regularly, as well as secure doors that prevented uninvited guests from entering the building. We had no difficulty in reaching them through email or call/text, they returned deposits without hesitation, and overall were willing to help us out! This downtown apartment is ideal; close to amenities such as a gym, shopping centers, groceries stores, medical services etc., as well as being situated in a safe area - Brewery District. We highly recommend you make this your next home! 10/10 rating!

If you are considering living here, be aware that when you attend a viewing, the manager Lisa will give you a fake smile and pressure you into signing paperwork to start the lease. The apartments have been hastily painted without primer and any furniture bump will expose it; they will charge for painting the wall again when moving out and take your whole security deposit (500$). In summertime there are no problems but once winter comes and the old steam heating turns on, it makes a terrible noise that keeps people up all night. Despite complaints, they claim it's normal. The apartments may look modern due to decorations but in reality these are old buildings with a poorly done makeover. The noises were so loud as if someone was hitting against a door stopper multiple times. There were also random booms sounding like someone breaking into your apartment. I am trying to be honest in this review even though we were evicted because of police being called for mental health crisis in my family and my noisy dogs. When calling about security deposit after moving out, we found out they repainted everything due to paint damage despite nothing being our fault regarding the poor paint job; upon trying to solve this peacefully I was laughed at more ...
