I was ecstatic to move out for the first time and Gill Estates was my top choice. The area at Crystallina Nera was serene, plus the lake view was captivating. The unit I got had large windows that allowed a lot of natural light, and the patios were huge. The transition went smoothly due to their helpful team who responded promptly when I had questions. After a year, I had to leave for my practicum; nonetheless, I highly suggest Gill Estates if you're looking for a secure, silent neighborhood in the North end. This apartment will remain close to my heart!

Staying at Gill Estates in Edmonton was a pleasure. The units had full-size appliances, lofty ceilings, and were a comfortable size. I rarely had to contact the building management since I didn't have problems, but when I did they responded quickly. If you're looking for accommodation in Edmonton this place is great!

The building itself is lovely, with nice views and great amenities such as in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, and walk-in closet. Even the smaller one bedrooms are well laid out to maximize the space available. High ceilings and beautiful window treatments finish off the perfect interior. Common areas stay clean as the maintenance staff are very professional.
