This review is a tribute to all the staff at Greisbach Chartwell from top to bottom for their strength compassion and unwavering care for their residents throughout the past nine monthsespecially since the virus hit our city No one couldve predicted what would become of COVID19 as 2020 progressed it became more unpredictable and contagious as time went on Shutdowns impacted us all but none more than those unable to be with their parents and loved onesthe people who have been by our side all our lives looking out for us encouraging us to stay strong and persevere Fortunately COVID19 did not take our mother away from us however it took away my ability to visit her I understand that this was an incredibly challenging time for everyone in care facilities Despite this hardship though my family called everyday and focused on the positives in order to ensure that things would eventually get better soonThe entire staff at Greisbach has been nothing short of amazing since Mom moved in over a year agothey did much more than what was written in their job descriptions they were true heroes who were appreciated not just by the residents but also by other staff members and communities alike Annzz Ellinor Winny and Broder deserve special recognition because of how much they meant to both Mom and us during this difficult periodthey were that support system we needed when we werent able to be there ourselves more ... hide ...

I had been alerted by former tenants of a severe ant infestation yet I was told during my walkthrough that there were no insects When I inquired specifically about ants they admitted that there were some and promised to take care of them though it took seven months and multiple reminders until the exterminator arrived They accused me of not cleaning properly 2023-01-22T13:00:03Z
I had been alerted by former tenants of a severe ant infestation yet I was told during my walkthrough that there were no insects When I inquired specifically about ants they admitted that there were some and promised to take care of them though it took seven months and multiple reminders until the exterminator arrived They accused me of not cleaning properly the exterminator even asked about the Raid droplets despite our discussion in the walkthrough My emails to management about this have gone unansweredFurthermore my kitchen sink has backed up with sludge from upstairs over 12 times employees have warned me that this is due to issues from being on the lowest floor Its not worth what Im paying for rent especially considering my bathtub has now backed up with sewage twice Every time I ask management what their plan is to improve conditions they wont respond The most recent flood from across the hall left my carpet soaked in sewage still no reply on when it will be replaced Additionally some tenants are subsidized which can cause problems after photographing and recording video evidence of one person vomiting off their balcony onto mine while management said the suite was vacant they did nothing The stairwells often go uncleanedunmaintained for 23 months at a time too All complaints sent up the chain resulted in neglectdenialgaslighting plus notice of nonrent renewal pet friendly or not this building is not managed properly whatsoever more ... hide ...
