I had the pleasure of moving to Barrel Yards in TriCities after looking at more than 20 complexes Being a picky person I was well aware of my budget and needs but began to feel disheartened Fortunately the team at the leasing office worked hard to find me an ideal unit and even gave me a chance for a second tour before making my decision Compared to other places I had seen Barrel Yards offered superior amenities and competitive prices Since moving in their staff has been incredibly helpful with any issues or questions I have come across The parking garage was initially confusing but after getting used to it its no different from others My neighbors are friendly too Maintenance also provided great help with some minor requests I had not forgetting that when open now closed due to restrictions the amenities were amazing This beautiful building with its attentive staff is worth every penny so much so that both me and my mother are considering upgradingmoving into our own spaces here soon If youre searching for highend accommodation in Waterloo Barrel Yards is definitely worth checking out more ... hide ...

When COVID19 arrived I discovered the Barrel Yards site and was impressed by their focus on tidy wellconstructed rental suites with many excellent condo amenities When the chance came to move out of the GTA I recalled the Barrel Yards and was thrilled to see The Cooperage The Onyx and The Staves buildings now ready With its tightlypacked dwellings next to an attractively designed park and a highly walkable area near Uptown shopping center exactly what more communities need its precisely what I had been searching forjust not in Toronto Reg from the Leasing Office welcomed me warmly with information on availability and prices as we went through a tour of the suites Even though it is an active construction site it doesnt feel like those wild building areas Downtown Toronto with hundreds of people around workers seem to realize people are moving in soon here so they appear obliging about that Anticipating my transition here in March 2022 I plan to update this review as my experience advances towards settling down here more ... hide ...
