Staying at the SLumLords a nightmare of a MGT company was easily one of the worst experiences Not only were the elevators constantly breaking down in a tower with 26 floors but when it came to upgrades or repairs you had to take them to court for any assistance Although I lived there for 6 years due to having a large dog and enjoying the beautiful view from my suite Ive had 20 court cases within that time span alone and twice at Supreme Court due to their intimidating threats I can imagine how difficult it must be for those with English as their second language since they increase rent yearly and don't follow through on security protocols despite advertising it on rental ads The International Plaza has wonderful tenants but its old building is far too pricey considering red ants in summertime and cabinets with fresh paint that don't look worth it Dealing with MGT was absolutely terrible all they care about is money which is why my hot water wasnt running properly for 1 years more ... hide ...

Don't do it We lived in 901 for a few years and it was dark ugly and overpriced When we moved in someone elses stuff filled the locker forcing us to store our items in our apartment We shouldve had our rent lowered due to this inconvenience One of the elevators didnt work for almost a year either Furthermore there was an ant infestation that Terminix had to 2022-10-15T13:32:17Z

My partner and I have been living in this complex for two years but now we are moving out and it makes me feel quite unhappy Not only is the apartment wellmaintained and safe but it is also a short distance away from Champlain Square and our local community centre We particularly enjoyed the park trails near us that led to Central Park and Metrotown Mall Additionally this place is tucked away from major roads or populated areas allowing us to keep our windows open at night without any disturbance However what made this stay special were Rocky Orlando and Paul from the management team who were always friendly with us they would check up on us when needed and make sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable life here Without any doubt this has been my best rental experience in Vancouver so far more ... hide ...
